Porting Outlook e-mail file to Entourage

In order to port the Outlook e-mails/contact info (e.g. .pst file). to
Entourage, one has to make sure your e-mails are still on the Exchange
server so that Entourage can get access to it and port the e-mails from
there. However, my pst files are no longer exist on the Exchange server and
they are now on my local drive, can I still port them to Entourage?

Please help.
