Portuguese and Spanish

Hello,

Well, it seems like a have to buy a plug in to use Portuguese language in my
microsoft word. I tried the language help and it didn't work. I will try in
my other computer.

My question is: if I work in a big corporation, how can I work in a
Portuguese and Spanish speller and typing tools?
