Portuguese version of Excel uses keyword "SOMA" instead of "SUM"

The Portuguese version of Excel uses keyword "SOMA" instead of "SUM", this breaks application compatibility when using CSV to export worksheets from English to Portuguese version of Excel.
This feature it's quite bad for a lote of applications, there's any workaround for this mess.

Hi Jose
if you just save your file as Excel file and open it in an English
version Excel will automatically convert worksheet functions to the
english names (won't do this for the Analysis Toolpüak Addin).
