Positioning the Signature in a reply message

Is there a way to position the Signature under the cursor when the
preferences set are to begin reply at the top of the message and include the
original message when replying? Currently the Signature is placed at the
bottom below the original message copy. According to Microsoft Entourage
Help the positioning of the original message copy can be set in the Reply
and Forward Tab of Mail & News Preferences, but I can find no such
positioning settings. Any ideas?
