Possible to have 2 POP users in Entourage

Hi,

My friend has Entourage on her Mac and her POP3 emails all work. Now her
husband wants his on there, like the PC's Outlook can Entourage be set up to
handle 2 users email accounts?

As Corentin described, under Tools in the Menu bar select Account. Add your
accounts.

All POP mail goes to the Inbox under folders "On My Computer." If you want
each account to go to it's own Inbox, you'll need to set up a Rule.

The Mac is set up so two different people can have different accounts. In
System Preferences select Accounts, and set up an account for the husband.
You can use Fast User Switching to easily switch without having to close
down any applications.

However, many people like to share an Entourage Identity. You can add other
accounts easily, but all the mail will get mixed together unless you create
rules to move the mail to folders.

You can switch Identities in Entourage and have separate Identities for each
person, but then you have to quit all Office applications to do so.

I highly suggest you use the System Preferences User accounts.
