Post reply subject

We've noticed that if you want to post a reply to an
article in a public folder (using Outlook 2002 as a
client), the subject has to be manually input. The
conversation is correct, but the subject is initially
blank. This isn't the case with the Outlook Web Access
interface, only from Outlook. We've searched the help and
these discussion groups and are coming up blank as to how
to get the subject to RE:. Anyone have any ideas that we
could try? TIA
