Postal Regulations

I am creating postcards from the wizard. I am not sure
just what space parameters the US Post Office requires.
Any leads on how to format the back side of the postcard
to confer with these rules?

go to http://pe.usps.gov/ the regs are there for postcards type in search
for postcards and a pdf with all the spes will be available.

Don,

I know of no rule whatsoever that suggests that all caps must/should be
used in the address.

I've been doing Periodical mailings weekly for more than five years.
Believe me, those people at the Post Office are picky. At what amounts
to $2.10 per undeliverable piece (the PO takes three weeks to return a
label to me) I have learned what needs to be done.
