Posting From Results

Since my webhost doesn't accept form mail or database
results, I have to post the results on a webpage. I
would like to format the results that are posted in a way
that the results are grouped together in pairs seperated
by just a space. you can visit the form results page at
the following:
http://members.cox.net/russ_carson/formresults.htm

I would like it to display the results the following way:

NE 1
SF 2
Was 3
KC 4
etc.

Use the a custom confirmation page with the confirmation field component
(Insert | Web Component | Advanced Controls | Confirmation Field)

Use CSS or tables to provide the layout.
