I have just spent half an hour explaining what my problem
is - I also but in my own email address instead of the
anonymous one and was give the following message:

The message could not be posted to the NNTP server. The
transport error code was 0x800ccca9. The server response
was 441 (633) Article Rejected -- Address in 'Sender:'
field has an illegal value

my email address I put in is:
teresa.manley(anonymous)@tesco.net

Can anyone tell me what was wrong with that please.

you can't use ( and ) in an address better is to use underscores _
(take a look at my address for instance)
