power point for pubilc access station

I am using power point to generate a "scroll" on our public access television
station. I am wondering if anyone has any incite on how to enhance this. I
specically want to run a traveling message on each slide that could contain
emergency information and/or a phone number or even a weather report, any
help will be appreciated. thansk Keith

I am not quite grasping what it is you are trying to do. Can oiu be more
