Power Point locks up when Viewing Show?

My Power Point Freezes every time I go into Viewing Show? Can you help me?

First check slide show > set up show - under multiple monitors have you got
"primary monitor" in the window? If not thats the problem!

Questions - what version, always or sometimes
Try Help > detect and repair
Make sure that you have all updates (help > check for updates)

Wow, that's pretty extreme.

You might boot your computer into Safe Mode and try your presentation there.
If it runs (it will be ugly, but it's only a test), then that indicates a
need for updated video drivers.

You might also try changing your hardware acceleration. Not sure if it will
do the trick or not, but it won't hurt to try.
