Power Point on duel monitors

I have PP running on 2 mons from a work station...that part works great...the
prob I have is as soon as I open any thing on the main display the PP stops
until I click on the PP bar that is minimized down on the tool bar of the
main mon.
any one have any thoughts on a work around for this?
