power point projects when saved on cd do not read back as orignal

on competion of my project in power point I use pack and go to download on to
a cd, dvd, .my presentation shows pictures which use the animation where
every third picture fades back to the background colour, but after auto
saving to cd or dvd this animation setting does not function on playback.

'Pack and go' uses the PowerPoint viewer from PowerPoint 97, so does not
support many of the newer animations (like exit animations). You can
exchange the old viewer for the new one, and everything should play well.
