Power Point Viewer 2007 won't open PPS/PPT files

I had this problem in XP when another app stole the association and
I found a file called PPSFix.zip that solved the problem and
corrected the file association. However, PPSFix.zip is for XP and I
need a fix for Windows Vista.
Any help will be appreciated...
