If you have not used Entourage on the new computer, just copy over the
Microsoft User Data folder to your Documents folder.
If you have used Entourage on the new computer, move the entire identity
folder you want to use to the Office Identities folder. Your identity is
named "Main" by default. Be sure to rename one so you do not overwrite. Your
identity folder can contain more than one identity.
Switch Identities to view your old mail. If you have used it and want to
combine the new mail with your original database, you have options:
* Export data as and Entourage archive (.rge file) then import into other
Identity.
* Drag each folder to the desktop from one identity. This creates an MBOX
file. Switch identities. Drag the MBOX files into the folder window of
Entourage .Export contacts as tab delimited file. Switch Identities and
Import the contacts.
* Use Paul Berkowitz's Export-Import scripts

The best solution is to use an IMAP account. Simply put, a POP account
downloads all new mail from the server to the user's computer. In an IMAP
account, everything is kept on the server. This is especially useful if you
use several computers and/or travel.
Because Entourage stores the info in a database you cannot sync one database
with another without rewriting the entire database. What you choose to do,
depends on how often you feel the need to update.
