General suggestion:
Powerpoint 2000 had the best CNTL + Left Click functionality, as it
allowed the user to use CNTL + Left Click to inidividually select an item,
when multiple items were selected (i.e. it deselected everything that was not
clicked upon).
Since Powerpoint 2000, CNTL + Left Click functions the same as SHIFT +
Left Click (i.e. it adds whatever is clicked upon to the selected group),
which is annoying. Now if multiple items are selected, the user has to
deselect everything by either hitting ESC or clicking on whitespace, before
selecting the item of interest.
