powerpoint 2002

i'm tring to download powerpoint 2002 on windows xp.
i've tried powerpoint 2003, but it wont let me open it til i've got 2002
version, ehich i can't find!
any1 no where i can get a 'free' version from?
i've done a msn + google search, but can't find any free ones or on's to
download!

Let me explain something. If there is a free copy of PowerPoint available
somewhere, it is an illegal copy. PowerPoint is not free. It is purchased in a
store or online. See

Now, you have asked for assistance in finding an illegal copy and you have done
so in a newsgroup that is hosted by Microsoft. What do you think your chances
are of getting help here? I'll help you. Your chances are zero!

However, you can try all of the Office 2003 products if you like.

You need to return this to the retailer as it is the "upgrade" edition and
requires that you own and have installed an earlier version(s) of
PowerPoint. Ask the store for the full version, should solve the problem.
