Powerpoint 2003 business planner has no Organizational Structure p

Updating my Office 2000 Professional with Office 2003 professional is
preventing me now from updating by Business Plan through Powerpoint 2003,
since the Organizational Chart does not work. Any suggestions?

Can you explain what you mean?

As a first step make sure that you have service pack 2 installed in 2003.
