Powerpoint 2003 compatebility with powerpoint 97

for some reason a powerpoint file created in powerpoint
97 open but show empty slides in 2003... i
please help

First thing to do is to install SP1 for Office 2003. to do that, go to
help--> Check for updates. This will connect you to the Office On-line
website. Follow the Check for updates link and the SP will download and
install.

Open PPT, go to Help and choose Check for Updates. Install SP-1.
