Recently upgraded users to Office 2003 SP2 running on XP SP2 platform.
Several users are complaining of Powerpoint locking up after inserting
Clipart from their local drives. They usually end up using Task Manager to
kill the process. No error messages display when the lock-ups occur. Can't
find much info in the KB about this problem. Any thoughts or suggestions
would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
