Powerpoint 2003/MAPI/file attachments

Has anyone come up with a solution for Sending
presentations as file attachments from within Powerpoint
using Mulberry 3.03 (or any other MAPI32 compliant e-mail
system other than Outlook 2003). I can send them for
review, but not as attachments via the menu selection.
