Unfortunately, you can't. PPT 2003 orders the default design templates using
some internal algorithm that categorizes the templates by color.
As you use other templates (hit the "browse" button at the bottom of the
slide design task pane to select them), they show up at the top of the
"available for use" section.
If you put other templates in the folder where the 2003 templates are, they
show up at the bottom of the task pane below the 2003 templates (and I
believe the other ones might be alphabetized).
