Powerpoint 95 memory problem

I have created a file using Powerpoint 95 (version 7) .
The file size is 648093KB. The file will not open but an
error message comes up to say that the memory was nearly
full and to save changes and close. The PC that I am
using has plenty of memory to hold this file, so I'm
unsure why the file will not open.
If the file is too large for this version of Powerpoint,
does anyone know how I could split it up into smaller
files?

I would try shutting down the system and rebooting and trying it again. I'm not
sure that will help, but I am sure it won't hurt. <G> It just might clear up
something on the system. By the way, what version of Windows are you running?
