powerpoint access denied?

I am trying to access powerpoint for my presentations @ UNI. I have done it
before with success, now it's denied...what does this mean & why??

Is this a PowerPoint question or a template question?

If it's a PowerPoint issue, then how are you opening PowerPoint, which
version are you trying to open, and what's the exact text of the error
message you receive?
