PowerPoint default colours

Hi

I am designing a new PowerPoint template for my organisation and want to
permanently put our brand colours into the options for fill, line and text. I
also want to have this set of colours permanently designated for charts and
graphs etc.

Is this possible? Is there a master setting for colours and will any changes
be permanent and can I even disable the option for users to select new
colours when using my template?

I am a graphic designer with over 10 years experience and am a fairly
skilled PPT user so please don't reply just telling me how to change a colour
