Powerpoint doc won't open?!

Ferris

I was sent a Powerpoint doc from someone using a PC and XP. I opened it, made
some changes and resent it to him. I am working on a Mac using Powerpoint
v.X. I have been emailing him using my yahoo account but when her recieves
the document that has the correct .ppt suffix he can not open it. He is
using a business account that can handle large files. He says the attachment
icon looks like nothing he has ever seen before. 4 dots.
Oddly enought, when I have sent it to another friend with a Mac & PC he is
able to open it on either machine. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
