Dear experts,
One of our customers experience some strange powerpoint behavior.
When opening a password protected PPT-file on a local workstation everything
works fine.
A read-only button appears and when they click it the presentation opens in
read-only mode.
When they enter the password the presentation also opens with no problems in
full access mode.
Now, when they logon to our Citrix server (Win2k SP2, Office XP NL SP2,
Metaframe XP FR2/SP2),
and do the same thing there, no read-only button is available and it asks
for a password.
When they enter the password it says it isn't correct, althought the
password works fine on a local machine running the same Office version using
the same presentation.
Any help on this would be greatly appriciated.
