Powerpoint Show to DVD? Is this possible?

We're developing a powerpoint marketing presentation that
promotes a local school. We know how to turn it into
a "show" that automatically advances from slide to slide,
with various transitions. But, we also want to:
a) add voice-recording narration to the show, and
b) convert the slide show, with narration, into a DVD.

That way, we can make the show available to people to
view on their home DVD players, and they won't have to
use PCs or powerpoint to see the show.

Is this possible? If so, how? Is it easier to add
narration after the slides are converted to DVD?? I have
no idea where to turn for assistance! Thanks!
