Tags would be used to help sort slides. You would designate a slide and then
have the option to sort based on that tag and show only slides with the
corresponding tags. This would be similar to MS project where you can choose
to see only milestones.
PowerPoint slides would be tagged optionally allowing the user to then sort
the slides showing only the tagged slides or showing only non-tagged slides.
As an example, a slide could be tagged as incomplete. This would allow the
user to concentrate on the incomplete slides without having to sort through
the completed ones.
Some of this functionality is already in the product as you can hide and
unhide slides. This however does not hide the slides when in the ‘edit’
mode’; this only hides the slides during the presentation.
Additional tags could be used for more granular sorting. One example would
be tags based on keywords.
