Powerpoint & Word

I am using PowerPoint and Word 2000

What is the best and easiest way to copy PowerPoint (PP)
presentations slides into Word for a report?

PP presentation includes about 50 slides in landscape
size. But the Word document must be in Portrait style and
2 charts to a page.

I have been trying to copy slide by slide, but this is
taking a long time and takes a lot of re-adjustment for
each slide. I am also having a rough time puting the
slide where I want it on the page. I even added a
continuous break after the first slide, but when I added
the next slide it automatically goes above the first slide.

HELP, HELP - I have a 100 page report to complete by noon
tomorrow.

Have you tried using a single-column table with row height set to an exact
amount that will permit exactly two to a page?

Do you have Adobe Acrobat full version? If so, how about leaving the slides
in PowerPoint and the report in Word? You can set powerpoint to print 2
slides to a page, but instead of printing to a printer, print to the
PDFWriter or Distiller. This will create a PDF of the powerpoint slides. If
you also create a PDF of the Word file you can merge them together with the
Powerpoint PDF and put the pages in the order you want.
