Please Help

Powerpoint XP SR-2

This is the problem in Power point draw a box on a blank
slide leaving just a small border, go to print then print
preview. You will see the box now has been scaled down
about 10%. I know that you can set it to "scale to fit
paper but thats seems like a quick fix. Can you suggest
what do we have to do to resolve this.

Any help appreciated.

There is an unprintable border around the edge of the paper on all but the
most expensive printers. I suspect that your printer is not one of these
special ones.

If you must have "to the edge of the 8.5 x 11 paper" printing, then you will
have to either print to a larger paper size and trim the pages, send the
printing out to a printshop that has this ability, or purchase one of these
printers (big bucks).

Also, check the page set-up size selected. In the on-screen presentation
mode the actual printing size is 7.5 x 10 inches. This may be able to scale
up a little, depending on your printer.
