Powerpoint

I have an already made powerpoint presentation pretty
standard but I would like to incorporate some speaking
text type of thing so that when it opens it could for
example if the first thing written is "honebook" then the
computer would say phonebook, I use XP professional and i
know that if you go under the control panel menu and click
speech you can test speech and different voices but i want
to do this in powerpoint as part of the presentation how
do I do this?
