I have created several custom powerpoint presentations to market real estate
listings. When I list a home I will be leaving CD presentations in the home
for prospective purchaser to pick up and view later, as oppesed to leaving
fliers. Is there a way to lock my presentation to prevent other real estate
agents from loading my presentation into Powerpoint and diting and using my
materials?

There are a few ways for ppt 2000. You can embed the ppt into MS word or
excel so that you can protect the file with password, or make use of the
secure pack.

Thanks for quick response! Since it will be other agents picking up the
presentation for their clients, the password option won't work but, but from
reading the info in the link you sent it looks like I could use the
'Distribute a Show Within a Show' opton. You also suggested making use of
the secure pack . . . what is that?
Lots of good info in the links!!!

Thanks! Lots of good info in those links. Sound like I might benefit by
upgrading to PP 2003.
