PP tries to create d:\temp when d: drive does not exist

When I try to print, PowerPoint jams because it tries to create a temporary folder (presumably, for print files) on d: disk

I use NTSF, so I only have a c: disk, d: disk being the CD ROM drive

I have checked the environment settings at "My Computer" -- "Properties" -- Advanced -- Environment variables, and they all point to c: drive

This problem is connected to another one. When I run Windows Explorer and type %temp% to the address bar, it starts pointing to "d:\temp", which does not exist. Again, the "My Computer -- Environment variables" correctly points to c:

So this seems to be an installation problem. But how to fix it? MS Windows support page gives no clues whatsoever.
