ppp emphasis effect in 2002 i would like to use it in ppp 2000

I like the emphasis effect called brush on underline in pp 2002. Is there
any way to copy that action or download it to use in pp 2000?

Though you can't use the emphasis effects in earlier versions, you can fake
it with an line drawn under the text with a wipe to right effect.
