I have windows XP SP2, PowerPoint viewer 2003, and Outlook Express.

What do I have to do to open emails that have .pps on the end of them? New
computer.
Thanks
Brook

Save the attached presentation to a folder of your choice. Then either double
click on the file, or Open the PowerPoint viewer then use the file open and
navigate to wherever you save you .pps files.

To "open" a PPS from Outlook, simply double click on the attachment. If you
mean "open to edit" then right click on the attachment then save it to you
hard drive. From your hard drive, you may need to right click again on the
PPS, but this time open as "new."

thank you sonia, I did as you said, but I still can't open via OE, I have to
save as then open PPV, find it, then it will open. Anyway to bypass that? And
just open via OE

Sonia I have already done that. I still have to save as , then open pp to
read.
What I was asking was, is there anyway around this, not having the whole PP
program. I can open the file, only by saving it then going to PP, would be
nice if it opened when I doubled clicked on it via email.
