PPT 2003 SP1 problem

Since installing SP1 we can no longer double-click on things to have
something happen e.g. thumbnails in slide sorter to go to the slide, charts
in edit view to edit the chart, text boxes in edit view to go to Format.

According to the Microsoft Office site we have all appropriate upgrades and
additions.

Is there a fix?

Is this on only one system? Is it on all presentations? Have you tried a
different mouse/pointer device? Have you tried rebooting?

Then I have no useful experience to help you. I wonder if Detect and Repair
would help. You might see whether there are similar problems in other Office
apps. (Word, Excel, ....). That would tell us whether it's an Office-wide
problem.
