I have 3 IMAP accounts (1 work, 2 personal) set up in my profile.
About 25% of the time when I hit "Send & Receive All" a window will pop
up that says "Preparing to Send Messages" and counts up from zero. At
first I ignored it, however the final number is getting progressively
larger as time goes by and the count-up is taking longer and longer. I
know it's the work account that is causing the problem. (When I remove
the work account from the "Send & Receive All" schedule, the problem
stops.) Also, the annoying behavior does not seem to happen when I
choose the IMAP account in the pull-down menu, only when I hit "Send &
Receive All".
Any idea what's going on?
