the form fields that they don't need. I have entered a Purchase Order by
first scanning the Doc into Word 2003, then creating the form fields,
renaming the Bookmarks to something I would understand, and now trying to add
a macro which would allow the user to Skip down to the next blank they need
in the event the next form field is "blank".
i.e. my form has two columns titled Account & Program. Under these,
there are 5 rows for answers. User would typically use 1, possibly 2 of
these rows. How do I write a macro that would move the user on to the next
bookmark if one of these is left blank. I posted this question ten mins ago
but it has not popped up anywhere I can find. Sorry if it's a duplicate that
I just can't see.
P.S. I'm family with VERY BASIC macros written in word. I've never used
Visual Basics that Dian refers me to.
