present date minus end of the month

Is it possible to make a formula to show the remaining
days between the present date & end of the month.

ex. =today() - 31/9/2004 =

In addition to my example i just want to incorporate
all the formula in one column as: =today()-30/9/2004=16

col. C E F
Bal.Amount Remaining Days Daily Exp.
4,500 16 281.25
(C/E)=F

If you have tha Analysis Tool Pack installed,

=EOMONTH(TODAY(),0)-TODAY()

This formula gives a POSITIVE result, and it's inclusive on just one end. To
make is inclusive on both ends, add 1. If you want the result to be negative,
reverse the arguments.

But in the US, September has only 30 days <g>.
