I have created a 400 slide presentation with hyerlinks to over 500mb of
documents, forms, videos, audio, etc. The presentation itself is
between 40 and 50mb. I am going to be distributing the presentation on
CD as training for counties and communties to use throughout the United
States. This training is to educate government officials, first
responders, and volunteers on how best to provide medication or
vaccination to their population in the event of a large scale disease
outbreak. It will be free and will be copied and distributed by others
many, many times over.
It is imperative that I make this product as stable as possible because
it will be used by individuals with a wide range of hardware and
operating systems. I plan to distribute the CDs with PPT2003 Viewer as
an auto-run CD. The presentation in non-linear and I have incorporated
a recommended "trick" from this group to resolve some non-linear issues
that I was experiencing. The documentation will be provided in Word and
PDF. The videos are WMV.
Any suggestions that anyone has in regard to how I may improve the
stability of this PPT for all users would be very much appreciated.
