I don't see much difference between the two choices except that for the
former I can click to advance slide when "on mouse click" is checked.

Any comments?

Kiosk mode stops ALL ways of advancing slides (space, arrow keys etc) except
navigation buttons. Useful when you want to ensure the client takes the
presentation path you intend
