preserving Entourage rules when mailbox is moved from one exchange server to another

Hi folks,

Our sysadmins are windoze guys. They're doing some work on our exchange
infrastructure which involves relocating individual mailboxes which
include things like rules, subfolders, etc.

Everything seems to be working for windoze users.. but us Mac users
using Entourage seem to need to re-create all of our rules every time
the sysads move one of our accounts' mailboxes.

Is there any way to preserve these settings while the sysads do their
thing?

Unfortunately, I don't see how you could preserve them. The link to the
mailbox is broken when the admin moves the account and I don;t see any
solution beside correcting the rules accordingly :-\

No! This is one of the biggest pains in Entourage IMHO. Send feedback to
Microsoft if you would like to see this changed.

To send feedback go to Help in the menu bar and select "Send Feedback on
Entourage".
