Prevent any image automatically loaded in preview pane

Hi,

In Outlook, the first message automatically opens when I click on a
folder, it also initiates connection to the Internet and loads images
without notifying me.

So how do I prevent image from being automatically loaded in the preview
pane for HTML format message?

Client using Outlook 2000 and server using Exchange 2000

Any suggestion will be appreciate.

You can't do this for Outlook 2000 (at least not natively). Outlook 2003 is
the only client that allows you to prevent pictures from automatically being
downloaded.
