Prevent Outlook Client Freezes

Hi,

I know the best solution would be not to send 1-2 megs size email. However,
the 'boss' will not accept that as a solution. So, here I am asking for
your help.

Everyday; using a MS Word template; someone goes to about 15-20 Web sites
and copy/paste content (with links)

The Word document is then send as EMAIL to the whole company. And then
everyone's Outlook freezes.

The Word document has jump-links (to a specific sections in the email); is
there a way to just do this in Outlook it self.

Any thoughts or suggestions oh we can make this a more user-friendly daily
email to everyone?
