Prevent Outlook from interferring when forwarding web page or links

Sometimes when I was sending or forwardidng a web page or
lines to others using outlook it blocked saying that the
file might contain virus or something blah blah blah.
Anyone knows how to disable this feature in Outlook so
that it will not block whenever mail we are trying to send
or forward?
