prevent unwanted addresses added to address book in Entourage

I am aware of how to remove unwanted addresses from my addess book but
it would be nice to be able to prevent those addresses from ever being
added to my email list. When you get 50 spam emails a day the address
book clutters up rapidly.

If you first classify them as JUNK, either manually or through something
like a filter, they will not be added to your address book. Try to make
this tiny additional step part of your routine and it sounds like it will be
worth the effort.
