Preventing "Disable Out Of Office" window when launching Entourage

I saw this question posted previously, but didn't see anyone actually answer it...

How can I disable the window that appears when launching Entourage that prompts me to disable my Out Of Office status? It has a habit of lagging behind the main program's launch and stealing focus as the front-most window, then taking any key stroke as confirmation to disable the feature instead of requiring the Enter key.

Any suggestions? Something under the hood perhaps like the method of enabling "unsafe attachments"?

Thanks!

Sorry, nothing exists to change this behavior. The "unsafe attachments"
feature is a publicized technique from Microsoft and not a hidden
feature that someone discovered.

Please be sure to let Microsoft know you'd like to see this feature
changed in future versions by using the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism
in any Office application.

Bill,

I think you missed the point of the question. The OP wants to eliminate the
"Disable Out of Office" request; he just offered the "unsafe attachments" as
an analogy to what he or she wanted.

I believe that the dialog box is, however, also an intentional feature. If
you are using Entourage, then you are probably ready to start sending and
receiving mail again, so disabling the Out of Office message seems like a
reasonable request.

I don't have an Exchange account, but surely you can disable notifications
somewhere. I suppose if you are set for Out of Office, but you obviously are
not, then the prompt is telling you to turn it off. All this is a guess
since I don't use Exchange. I'm just going off the fact that this hasn't
been an issue on the newsgroup and I expect if it were, then we would see
lots of complaints.

I shouldn't have mixed topics in one paragraph but I think I understood
what he meant. When Out of Office is enabled then the user is asked if
he wants to turn it off the next time he launches Entourage. This
feature doesn't have a "Don't ask me again" checkbox.

What I was trying to explain (and did so poorly) is that not only does
this feature not have an "under the hood" method of disabling it but the
example provided about modifying the .plist files for attachments wasn't
really "under the hood". It was built in by Microsoft for administrators
and publicized on their website.

I know of only one true "under the hood" tweak that someone did to the
actual installed files to modify Entourage's behavior. Entourage just
doesn't have that much that can be tweaked outside its own interface.
