Preview pane is empty (emails are only with sender and subject)

Preview pane is empty (emails are only with sender and subject) this happened only today, yesterday evening everything was perfectly fine and now i cant see any email downloaded since today morning.

am using entourage for WORK and many things got delayed because of this .. any solution?

Check to see if "partially download" is the problem. It should show this in
the top of the message or you will see the icon for me message indicating
partial download. You can change this under the Options tab for the account.
