Preview pane not showing details ???

Hello all,

I'm using Office XP (Outlook XP) on my PC running XP Home (no exchange
server). Recently my preview pane has stopped showing some of the details it
used to such as: "From:" "To:" "Subject:" and "Cc:"

In some of my other folders such as sent items, deleted items, ect... the
preview pane is still the way it used to be and shows these details.

How can I get my preview pane while in my inbox to show these details again?

Side related issue:
When I first open Outlook and try and receive my messages (from four
accounts I have set up), I always get as one of my accounts wouldn't start
receiving my messages (this account is my main one). Once I click on the
send/receive bottom again it'll connect and receive all my messages just
fine.

Point to the bar between the two panes, right-click and
select Header Information.

Well that was easy...thank you very much.

Anyone have any input or suggestions on the other issue I'm having? Why does
Outlook have a problem receiving my messages from my main account when
Outlook first opens (I have to wait and then click the send/receive button
again to receive me messages)?
